Description

One of Pioneer Communications Partners will be performing routine maintenance on equipment in their network. From time to time they must do this to be able to continue to deliver the highest quality of service. During the affected maintenance window, customers may experience a brief service interruption. Services are expected to fail over to geo-redundant equipment. Because of this failover design, we expect minimal disruption. However, users may experience a brief interruption while failover occurs. This could include temporary impact to inbound or outbound call processing.

Pioneer Communications is currently investigating an issue with elements of our network that are causing degraded performance. Updates related to this issue will be posted as they become available. We are troubleshooting a partial hardware failure that is affecting some internet services.
